open it, after opening you will get many ringtones but you have to click on
custom ringtone.

clicking on Custom ringtone, select your downloaded ringtone in mp3 format.

ringtone is set, if there is a call in WhatsApp this ringtone will play and if
there is a default call also it will play this ringtone.
